WEDNESDAY, 9/23 THE CHAKRAS OF THE BODY ~ OUR "INTERNAL" ENERGY IN CLINTON!
The chakras are energy centers which govern our body's physical parts, as well as our psychological, emotional and spiritual states of being. In this class, you'll learn the main seven chakras - their functions, the emotions they hold and how they affect us. Lynn will share quick and easy tips to balance and clear the energy within each chakra to encourage balance, harmony and improved health.
$20 class fee for members, $25 non-members
